Wait on God…
Somebody is experiencing a deep and painful process and you’ve been doing everything except wait on the Lord. Your emotions are in charge, and the enemy is using you to abuse your mind.
In an unfamiliar place, in an unexpected place, you have to wait on the Lord by waiting in the Lord. Wait in prayer, wait in the fruit, wait in the word. Wait in praise, wait in speaking life.
Waiting in God turns a waiting season into a growing season, a season of preparation.
The strength you need, the clarity you need, the boldness you need to handle this thing, to get back up, to resist the devil, is in your wait. It’s not how long we wait, it’s how we wait. To fight right, we have to learn how to wait right.
The Bible declares, “Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD” (Psalm 27:14). You need what God has for you before you can do what God said you could do. You’re not in a position or condition to fight right now. This is your waiting season…your season to get stronger and wiser.
The bible declares, “But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31).
You’re not just waiting on God, you’re waiting in God. In His promise, in His truth, in His Holy Spirit. God is going to give you what you need, send what you need, show you what you need, to do what you need to do next.
The battle is not yours, it’s the Lords. Wait for your marching orders, wait for your clarity, wait for your strength, wait for your mind to stop running, wait for your doubt to stop leading. Wait on the Lord.
If this is your waiting season, decree and declare, “I will wait on the Lord!
Share and be blessed.
